Purchases and support
Products and memberships offered through this storefront are sold by Fourthwall. Fourthwall handles payment and the production, delivery and order support for its catalog products. GetDisguised provides the advertised membership benefits. Purchase terms presented by Fourthwall apply to those transactions.
For order enquiries, cancellations, returns or delivery problems, use the shop contact form. Include your order number so support can identify the purchase. Do not send payment-card details.
Prices and product information
Review the product description, size guide, selected options, delivery information, checkout currency and final total before paying. Applicable charges and available discounts are shown during checkout. Your selected checkout currency determines the currency you pay in.
Memberships
Review the billing interval, price and benefits shown before subscribing. Memberships renew on the terms presented at checkout until cancelled. Manage or cancel through your membership account. Cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights are governed by the applicable purchase terms and mandatory law. Cancelling does not waive an existing statutory right.
