Who is responsible?

GetDisguised is operated by Lazar Alin Marinel. For questions about our use of personal information or to exercise your rights, email getdisguised@proton.me. This notice covers the creator's use of information for the brand.

Fourthwall operates our storefront and sells the products and memberships. It processes information for checkout, payments, fulfilment and customer support as described in Fourthwall’s Privacy Policy. This may involve processing in the United States and other countries. GetDisguised separately uses information for brand enquiries and, where you opt in, marketing. For privacy questions concerning GetDisguised, contact getdisguised@proton.me. Information we use and why

When you contact us, we use your name, email address, message and any information you choose to provide to answer your enquiry and follow it up. Our legitimate interest is running the brand and responding to requests.

Information available through the storefront can include customer contact details, order items, amounts, order status, delivery information, membership status and correspondence. We use relevant information to assist with enquiries, administer membership benefits and keep required records. We rely on legitimate interests for proportionate administration, performance of our obligations where applicable, and legal obligations for records we are required to keep. Fourthwall handles payment processing; please do not email us complete card details or passwords.

Where you subscribe to marketing, we use the contact details and preferences you provide for that purpose, relying on consent where required. You can unsubscribe or contact us to withdraw consent. Ordinary enquiries, purchases and free-account registration do not themselves provide consent to a GetDisguised newsletter. When we collect newsletter signups, the purpose will be clearly stated and signup will be optional. We keep evidence of the signup and provide an unsubscribe route with each marketing message. You can also withdraw by emailing getdisguised@proton.me.

Services and cookies

Fourthwall and its service providers support the shop, checkout, payment, security and order communication. We use Proton Mail to handle direct brand enquiries. See Proton Mail's privacy information.

The storefront includes Google tag/analytics and Microsoft Clarity code, as well as Google reCAPTCHA and Stripe components. These services can process device, connection and interaction information for analytics, security and payment-related purposes. Analytics and advertising technologies requiring consent must respect your choice; merely continuing to browse is not consent.

Use the cookie banner to accept or reject optional categories. Open cookie settings to revisit your choice. Necessary technologies support functions such as checkout, security and remembering your cookie choices. Fourthwall calls its consent-preference cookie `cc_cookie`.

Teko and Technor fonts are requested from Fontshare's external service. This requires a connection from your browser to that service and can disclose technical connection information, such as your IP address. Our custom product carousel provides navigation and does not itself add analytics, cookies or external libraries.

We use Klaviyo to manage optional promotional email subscriptions and campaigns. Our Fourthwall integration can share contact details, membership and purchase information, and subscription preferences with Klaviyo. Creating an account or placing an order does not itself mean you have agreed to promotional emails. We send promotions to people who have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence while responding and for relevant follow-up or unresolved complaints or claims, then remove information no longer needed for those purposes. We retain records subject to legal obligations for the applicable required period. Marketing contact details are kept while the subscription is active; limited suppression information may be retained to honour an opt-out. Fourthwall's platform records and providers' technical records have their own retention arrangements. Closing an enquiry does not imply immediate deletion of all copies held by the platform or its providers.

International processing

Services may process information outside your country. Fourthwall describes processing in the United States and other countries. Proton describes mail storage in Switzerland, Germany and Norway. Switzerland is covered by an EU adequacy decision; Germany and Norway are within the EEA. Provider privacy information linked above explains their arrangements. Contact us for information about recipients and safeguards relevant to our use of your data. Browsing this shop is not blanket consent to international transfers.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Some records may need to be retained by law. We respond to rights requests without undue delay and normally within one month; if a permitted extension is needed, we explain it within that first month. Contact getdisguised@proton.me.
